Alfa 75 head

The head came out of an Italian 1.8 Alfa 75 that had a two liter engine
in it.  The engine was a single spark engine with twin Dellorto 40s
on it.  I pulled the head myself and at first thought that it was a
1.8 Liter engine, but when I got home and examined the head I noticed
the 2.0 embossed on the front of the head.  I guess at some point the
engine was changed out.

Maybe the head is for a Motronic Spider?  Alfa changed the water
passages on the intake side.  But if you use the right intake manifold
it should be okay??
