Leather products?

Hi all,
I wanted to know what the consensus on leather products is. I have heard Zymol
is great, Leatherique is great, but have heard nothing about generic
off-the-shelf products.
I have two applications I need to satisfy.

1) maintain a currently excellent 164LS tan interior in excellent condition
for many years to come

2) restore a black leather interior that has torn at the seam because of the
leather shrinking drastically.

Any suggestions for the applications?
