Looking for Yellow S4 Spider

Esteemed Alfisti et Digesti--  In an unabashed display of the "Always Looking 
For Another" gene known to infect our kind, we are in the market for a Bright 
Yellow Spider (or Spider Veloce), 1991-1994.  This is the lovely yellow which 
I believe may be Pininfarina's Fly Yellow, as seen on late Ferraris.  Sorry- 
other colors need not apply (we have a Rosso '91).  Irene says it's got to be 
that yellow!
Anyhow, we would be interested in a well cared for, undamaged car, not 
necessarily concours condition, preferably with a 5-speed tranny.  Please
