Looks to be the case...if you take a close look at the "SUV"
concept they rolled out at Geneva, it's nothing but a full-size
foam model on a wooden frame.  The door lines are black tape, the
"windows" are nothing but a nice shiny piece of paper stuck to a flat spot 
on the foam, ect....
They probably had some extra space at the display this year, and had no 
cool new concepts to roll out, so they figured they would
gauge the reaction from the *European* pubic.  It takes about two
months to make one of these, from idea to finished product, so the design 
studios tend to make dozens of them whenever someone has
a neat idea.  It doesn't mean that it's going to get produced---often
there is no production intent at all, unless the public reaction is
so overwhelming that they decide to think about it.

Related news:  Rumor has it that Puegeot is talking very
seriously to suppliers and dealers in the States about coming back
to the US market.  Not to knock Puegeot, because some of their new cars
are pretty nice looking, but I think I might cry if they wise up and
get back over the pond before Alfa.
