Yeah, does someone want to draft up a letter or two that all of us can
cut and paste, print, sign and mail (or email)? I'm pretty lazy about
these things, complaining and all, and by the time I sit down to draft

(April) I got the car in 1999, so I'm on an odd year. I expected to do
smog this year as the last.
