As a vendor of Ford aka Visteon, I can share the following. This company
split into two names in order to take advantage of vendors. They had
contracts under both names for identical services, except that one
favored a segment of the business that was in polarity with the other
name that favored the other segment of the business. They screwed most
of their "partners" in this manner. Ford is probably the most predatory
company I can imagine, and they idealize the most reprehenible of
American business practices.
