Fuel tank sealer

What does everone recommend to use for fuel tank
sealer?  This is for a 72 Berlina tank that I had
boiled but is still rusty inside as well as having
some small pin hole leaks at the seam.

I will be using this car for track use, so the tank
will likely see high octane gas.
