Re: Alfetta Doors
I'd suggest that the extra door switch is for a previously installed car
alarm ??
Extra wires could possibly be for fitting a set of speakers ??

Subject: Alfetta Doors
Hey cats,
Lots of trim and carpet are out of my car while I do the Dynamat install; it
has
become very involved since I see many other things I just have to do while
I'm
in there. I have two questions with the doors:
1) There are two refrigerator buttons on the body where the door closes. One
is
obviously for the interior or coutesy light. What is the other one for?? The
obvious
one is long, but the other one is very short. It has a plastic shroud around
the button
and the button is flat on the surface. Very curious.
2) Did any Alfetta GT ever come with power windows? I have two sets of wires
going into the doors. It used to have power side mirrors, but I've removed
them.
I've never heard of Alfettas having power windows, though, before the GTV6
model.
Thanks,
Stefano
