FIAT sold its share in GM last month to free up some more cash.

Roberto Colaninno might be planning a refinancing plan on FIAT. From the
reading of the article it sounds like an Iakoka job, buy the company,
sell all
the money making businesses and try and keep the car business afloat by
slimming it to death.
The article mentions that GM owns 20% of FIAT, wasnt that a 20%(FIAT
stock) to
5%(GM stock) swap or have things changed since?
