Sorry for the lack of Alfa content ...

For any fellow Washingtonians as mad as I am about the plan to start
testing the use of salt to save a few bucks in the WSDOT budget, here's
the email of the guy listed as the contact in the WSDOT PR published a
couple of days ago:  [email protected]  (ENRICO BAROGA).  I plan on
sending Mr. Baroga a note.
