Try to start it in gear, with the clutch pedal down, and the brakes on
too. Obviously make sure there's nothing in front of you when you try
this.

If the starter motor can't break it free, then start it in gear and get
the car moving, then depress the clutch pedal, and start wailing away on
the gas pedal. Now you're using the torque of the motor to break it
free.

Try that in first, then second, then third gear if it doesn't work right
away. Eventually it should break free, be prepared not to over rev the
motor when that happens.
