I would debate the "too tall" - depends on application. I use 195/70 on 6x14 BWA rims on my grey utility Berlina because they ARE taller than the 185/70, 195/65, and 205/60. This Alfa is used for towing cars and boats, hauling heavy stuff, and off-pavement excursions like bike races. This size is used for gaining additional clearance between the engine/chassis and road surface (and a tad lower engine speed at highway speeds). For the same reason, this '71 is equipped with rear springs from a rubber-bumper '74 belina because of their additional height and stiffness. The front springs are stock '74 with 3/4 coil cut off. This setup gives me ~ 1.5" more clearance than my red sport Berlina, equipped with Shankle Super Sport springs and 195/65 tires.
