emission system 78 spid

my 78 spider has a noise resembling an exhaust manifold leak.  here is a piece
of what resembles corrugated tubing from the exhaust manifold top to the air
cleaner.  This tubing is rusted out in a couple of places near the exhaust
manifold.  Any one know where this  pice can be purchased/stolen/bartered for
or otherwise obtained?

BTW if they ever bring a new Alfa into the US, it very well may remove the
mystique of our unusual cars.
