Northern VA, DC MD wheel balancing

All, I have spent the last two evenings arguing with
tire shops--namely Just Tires and Sears about getting
my wheels balanced.  I have two stipulations which
cause a lot of tension with the shop staff:

1.  I want stick-on weights, as the hammer-on kind
scratch my wheels.

2.  I ask that they hand torque or set their impact
wrenches to the factory spec torque setting.  I look
up the setting before I go and tell them what it is.

Has anyone had any good luck with a tire shop in
Northern, VA, DC or MD that they could recommend?
