164 caster problem

I just replaced both front A arms on my '91 164S and then took it to an
alignment shop.  They set the toe and camber but they say the caster is out,
the left front wheel is about 1" forward of the right, and there is no
adjustment.  They suggest a frame shop 'pulling' it. It does pull to the right
when off the gas or brake.

Does anyone have experience with this problem?
