Bugatti (Marginal AC)

Ettore Bugatti was proud of the fact that nearly everything on his cars he
built himself. He occupied his own little world (look at his manufacturing
compound) but did pay the rare compliment to the Englishman W.O. Bentley. He
was quoted as saying that Monsieur Bentley "built the fastest lorries in
Europe" after Bentley's three straight victories at Le Mans.

There is a Le Mans retrospective this weekend covered by www.autosport.com ,
quite a few delectable Alfas racing among the 350 entries. They've got live
coverage through tomorrow, I believe.
