Mid/Rear engine 'Alfa'

While considering what to do with the engine/transmission assembly from my
164 parts car, it occurred to me that the package would fit fairly nicely
atop a DeDion frame. All that you'd really need would be much shorter CV
joints. The frame on which the engine/transmission mounts is strong enough
to build a car around...

Imagine the dune buggy this setup would make!

Rear brakes would be a challenge, though.

Just thinking thoughts suited for someone with WAY more time on their hands
than I do.
