New (156 etc) alfa in the states

hi
 for those of the usa/canada/north american and thinking about
  buying what are current a-rs for use there
 beware that you will need a bespoke a-r engine diagnostic
  should anything go wrong on the engine management side
 in the uk, only authorised a-r dealers have these
 - problematic when something minor goes wrong on the EMU
   you have no choice but touse the a-r dealer
   in n. america you could well be lumbered with faulty car
    and no means of fixing it...
