SPICA manual

Does someone know how to get a hold of Wes Ingram?
I am trying to order a copy of his SPICA manual, but the phone number listed 
on wesingram.com does not seem to work.  I either get a disconnected message 
or it just rings & rings forever.

Or if someone has a SPICA Manual that they would like to part with, let me 
know
