Looking for new engine - need advise

Sad but true....

Coming home from the Italian Concours in Seattle last Sunday, I lost the
bottom of my GTV-6 engine on RR tracks that had just been repaved. Oil
everywhere instantly, it was very ugly! Now that I have recovered from the
shock and begin to understand the damage done here are my options.......

Repair this 2.5 engine with 89,000 miles on it-2K or more at less....Find a
3.0 engine( which I have always wanted to do anyhow) or find a good used
2.5.

Finding the 3.0 is the best option but I need to do it fairly quick. Any
thoughts or suggestions on where to find one? Car is currently at former
local dealer and they are trying to source one too.
