New addition - 91 164l - Cost to do timing belt?

I just added an a 91 164L to the garage as the spider was getting lonely.  It 
has some minor annoyances that I am working on myself (possesed dash lights, 
seat switches etc) but need to have the timing belt and associated water 
pump, pulley, tensioner done as the records show that the belt has 45k miles 
on the clock.  What is a ballpark cost to have this done and any 
recommendations for a shop in the Seattle/Eastside area? Other than that, it 
runs and looks great.  Also, does anyone have any 164S rims they would like 
to part with for a reasonable price?
