Overheating Graduate

Need some advice folks,
I have a 1989 Graduate that is running way warm (210-215) under load at high speeds. This just started last week.
Info:
1. New waterpump 4 months ago
2. New radiator 9 months ago
3. New thermostat 1 year ago
4. New radiator cap

After replacing the radiator, car never got above 185. Running around town it will run up to 190 or so now. Only when on the highway does it shoot up. I have cheched the water pump to make sure nothing is loose or leaking. The radiator is topped off. The hoses appear to be intact (new intake and outlet approx 6 months ago). No visible exchange of fluids (head gasket/cracked block problem). The system overheats and blows back into the resevoir. I realize that it has been in the upper 90s for the last month or so, however this should not affect the cooling to this extent.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
