Brian,

Don't see what the big deal is if you are willing to take the car to Milano.
I have dealt with Julio for more than 15 years.  He is a hard nose business
man and a very good Alfa mechanic.  I have called Crown a few times but they
seem to want me to call them back or words to that effect.  Both shops
advertise in the local chapter newsletter so there is probably someone on
the digest who has dealt with Crown.
