Milano coolant leak

They are known to leak at the T fitting, but there could also be a tiny crack 
or pinhole on one of the fancy surfaces of the overflow tank that fit under 
the fender in a very spiffy way, and dribble down the inside of the fender, 
then onto the OUTSIDE of the tube, and then drop off in the vicinity of this 
T fitting.
