Headlight Switch Problems

Hi all,
 
I have a 73 Spider with the light switch on the column, which 
contains a shaft for the Turn signals
And a shaft for the headlights and parking lights. 

My problems is that the Headlight shaft is a bit loose and the 
parking lights go on and off when it vibrates (the headlights stay 
on).
The Switch works well otherwise, but there does not seem to be a 
way to take it apart and tighten things up.
Has anyone had any luck working with these? Or do I need to start 
looking for another one?
