I don't have Braden's Giulia Book, but I'm guessing that he is referring to
the Sebring mirror; I think (or thought) it was by Vitaloni, but the old one I
have is just marked "Sebring". If that is it, IAP has a reproduction, chromed,
which they call an Abarth mirror, for $39.95. (Original was normally painted
but available chromed.) Europa Specialist Spares has it, called Sebring, for
gb#22.00, and Pegasus ('99 catalog) has it called Vitaloni Sebring Mach 1 for
$18.99, both painted. If that isn't it, the Europa Specialist Spares catalog
(I guess catalogue, in English) has over seventy mirrors, including half a
dozen Talbot variants. Haven't checked their website (www.europaspares.com) or
email (info@domain.elided) but I imagine one of the seventy plus would do.
