115 series GTV fog/driving lights

i'm starting to look at the fog light setup on my GTV. it appears to be in
a stock configuration, as fog lights that only operate when the low beams
are on. i'd like to switch to driving lights that only operate when the
high beams are on.

has anyone done this wiring change? what do i need to do to get there from
here?
