How much to replace a 1991 cracked dash and how difficult?

Hi guys, I found (thanks to a kind fellow-chatter) a
decent '91 Alfa with it's only major cosmetic flaw
being a cracked dash.  The cracks are between the
windshield vents and head down towards the radio.  Is
this an easy fix?  Can someone give me an estimate so
I can better asses the value of this car?
