Greetings All,
I've been reading the digest for about a month and
this is my first post.
The head came back from the machine shop, new
guides,exhaust seats, oem valves and springs.
Hone the liners and new Deves rings. 190 PSI
compression all four cyls.
9.1 cams (1600 105?) set about 104 lobe ctrs.

I had difficulty getting a smooth idle with lots of
run on.  Removed the 32/36 DGV (purchased from
Centerline) and the Bosch vacuum advance distr.
replaced with Marelliplex 201 and 36DCD R. Still seems
rich with a lumpy? idle. The dieseling is not so bad.

What is the recommended jetting for the 32/36 DGV?
The 36 DCD is jetted i/a/w Passini Weber book.
Can cam timing be the source of my problem?
