105 Electrical Excitement

My horn shorted out on the way to work this morning in my 69 Berlina. It was
too loud to stick my head under the hood so I popped under the dash and pulled
all the fuses. Surprise, the horn circuit is not fused. So I popped under the
hood and pulled a wire off the horn relay. With my hands still shaking I
attempted to put back the fuses but I must have damaged a few of the fuses.
The items that still aren't working are the windshield wiper (thunderstorms
predicted for this afternoon), left front parking lights and right rear
parking light. The fuse box is in italian and not very specific anyway. Can
somebody provide some guidance and improve on my translations so I can fix
this at lunch
