164 front end shake cured

I had a very mild case of front end shake when easing off the throttle at
around 70 mph.  This became progressively worse over the course of maybe a
couple of months, until it was no longer mild and it became clear that
something would need to be done about it.  Instantly fixed by new tires
(Yokohama AVS dB).  The old tires (Michelin MXV4) were severely worn, mostly
on the inside edges.
