removing windshields from GTVs

Hi,

    I've had great success removing both the front and rear glass using 1 
to 1 1/2" roofing nails wedged between the gasket and the sheet metal 
flange around the glass on the inside of the car. If you space them about 
2" apart they will hold the rubber down far enough so that with very little 
pressure you can push the glass out, alone.
   Wear glasses. The nails fly everywhere.
