re: Worn out Alfetta clutch cylinder

Hi,

My first guess is that the master clutch cyl. is causing the problem. Both
containers on the clutch master and brake cylinder did not lose any fluid. If
the fluid had dropped than the slave cyl. is most likely to be worn. I got the
clutch master out yesterday and it is indeed a PITA to get out!
The new clutch cylinder I bought arrived yesterday also and sure enough.....it
was the wrong one. They send me the type that contains a 'hose connection' on
top and that's for Alfetta's from June 1983 and onwards. This Alfetta is from
May 1983 and the clutch master has a small container on top.

I'm curious to see if the older type is still available and how long it takes
the shop to get one.
