The original poster was talking, specifically, about the MGB. Some newspaper
hack apparently proclaimed it as "the best sports car in the world" or some
such nonsense. Certainly, any pre-war British sports car such as yours are
beyond reproach simply because vintage driving is a whole other experience
from modern (post war) sports car driving. I certainly envy you your prewar
MGs, they were glorious machines which 'defined' sports cars for millions
the world over. Unfortunately, the MGB is not as deservedly loved.
