Update.
We got the guibo bolts out today.  It sure would have been easier if they
were installed three forward and three backward as you mentioned but they
were all installed from the front.
I've given up on the tie rod ends.  I'm going to order IAP's tool tomorrow
(BTW, it's now $55).  Does anyone want to buy the tie rod puller when I'm
done?  Half of the $55 and it's yours.
