I am acquainted with the Fiat Press Relations Representative for the United
States. He told me some weeks ago that Autoweek is WRONG. The plans to bring
Alfa back in 2005 have not been scrapped, and the Spider and Brera projects
are on schedule. Alfa is the only Fiat division which is doing well, and
according to 'European Auto News' website, the plans are for all Alfa
development to proceed INCLUDING the return to the USA.
