Sounds like great advertising to me. Take something that all of your
competitors do, but that none of your customer base is aware that everybody
has to do, and put a spin on it to make it appear as if you're the only one
that does it.
Brilliant! And if your competitors post a similar ad, it's as if they were
just playing catch up.

This reminds me of an ad I saw in my college newspaper a few months
ago for the Toyota Celica. One of the features it touted was "direct
ignition" which, if my memory serves me correctly, was introduced by
Bosch in 1898 and became the standard almost immediately, being in
place on *every* gas-powered car made today.
