I like the +4, seems to be very hard to foul and long-wearing -- and you can
get them at Autozone! -- # 4477 for a 4 cyl car.

If you change the oil at reasonable intervals (Oh, there's a thread waiting to
launch), any brand-name filter (yes, from Autozone!) should be satisfactory.
I use Fram # PH16, but your newer Spider may require different.  A 1992
application should be in their reference books.  May not be a lot cheaper than
the OEM, but if you have to pay shipping...
