Try Foster's (not the ale) in Ballard.  Corey did great work on my Veloce 
wheels about 4 years ago.  Seems like I paid about $150 for two wheels to be 
filled, filed, painted, clearcoated, mounted, and balanced (weights on the 
rear).  Only a concours judge would have noticed that the work was done.
