Re: Hellebore Steering Wheels

Its a 1750 GTV wheel with the horn mechanism and centre wood insert+badge missing.
One of the things I didn't get with my GTA was the steering wheel, but all the other spares more than made up for it, like spare gearbox, sliding block diff, sets of new pistons, oil pumps etc.

Wooden steering wheels must never be used on the circuit for racing. In an accident the wood splinters and causes serious damage to the human body. The biggest problem is that wood will not show up on x-rays and if you have had someone probing for splinters like I have, you'll never want to repeat the experience. That was after I told the doctor that I didn't want the s-ray but he insisted and charged me $30. Don't these guys learn physics?!!!

Interesting! Not a GTA wheel but it has the same odd bolt pattern as my GTA
wheel. Is that unique to the Hellebore?
