petersen automotive museum

For those of you who live in the Los Angeles area, or are travelling this way, I highly recommend checking out the current exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum. It's titled, Million Dollar Cars, and they have about 25 cars on display. Most of them from the 30s and 40s, up to the 60s. They have a couple of ferraris, bugattis, and an Alfa among many others. I belive it's a 6c2500, I forget who did the body.
Entrance is $10 for adults, and well worth it.
You can check out petersen.org for more info. They also have an exhibit currently running with a bunch of custom fords and such, if that is your cup of tea.

For those in town for the convention in a couple of weeks, I think there is an organized tour to Petersen.

No financial interest, etc, just had a nice time.
