One finger?  Who needs fingers?  I thought the whole point behind the
"monkey-man" driving position (knees bent, arms straight) was so you could eat
in the car?  Pull out the manual throttle (Italian cruise control), steer with
your knee and enjoy your double-double with grilled onions as you cruise up
the interstate...

[Double-double is a double burger with double cheese.  If you're heading out
to the convention, stop by In-n-out Burger for a treat... just don't tell your
doctor...]
