Alfa 164: broken gas cap??

Something weird happened the other day....I'm guessing it's happened to
some of you with a 164:

I hit the gas cap release button on the dashboard, and the gas cap door
released, broke, and flew onto the ground.  It didn't break off the
hinge, it actually snapped into 2 pieces, very close to the hinge.

The problem is that this narrow section where the break occurred
probably can't be repaired...I'll need a new gas cap door.  Where can I
get one?

Where can I get 1991 Alfa Blue Metallic paint?  How difficult is it to
attach a new one?  

Any one who has experience with this....your advice is appreciated!
