setting ride height on milano

hey folks,

does anyone have tips for setting the ride height on a
milano? the shop manual says to put in the weight
equivalent of 4 persons, and then start setting
things. but that seems like a bit of a PITA (where am
i going to find 600 lbs of lead bricks:)
