I work in the auto insurance industry, and the technique known as PDR or
paintless dent removal as done by the folks such as Dent Wizard is absolutely
fantastic when done properly.  Figure on $50/ea for all dents a little larger
than a quarter, and no more than $150 for what is normally a 3hr dent at any
body shop.  The only time PDR isn't suggested is if the paint is cracked.
Then all you're doing is polishing a turd (pardon the expression), because the
paint will fail and you'll eventually have to refinish.  Most PDR folks net
about $80k/yr in a given market saturated with competition.  Negotiate.  And I
suggest going to the local high-line import new car dealer, go straight to the
body shop manager, and ask who they use in your area.  That's the person I
would choose.
