Spider Top Boot plastic reinforcements

Greetings

I attended Italian Car Day in Boston today. There was a terrific turnout of 
beautiful Alfas and other cars including the new Maserati coupe. Three 
series 4 red Spiders with 4K, 12K and 44K miles were there and beautifully 
prepared. All three cars had plastic sheet reinforcing on their top boots 
that looked great.
Does anyone know where those curved sheets of plastic reinforcing can be found.
