mine are a little different.

i used pvc piping instead of black pipe, and instead of washers, i used
some steel bar stock that my wife got from a scrap bin at work. i just
rotate the bars around the stud until they capture the cylinder liner
appropriately; i've used them both with 2L and V6 motors.
