RE: Refurbishing the Ugly Plastic Bumpers on a 1978 Spider

Andy

Try one of the tire gels. I use the Turtle Wax Formula 2001 Tire Gel on my
tires, bumpers and any other soft/vinyl-type plastic or rubber on the
outside of my 75. It takes a little bit of work to feed the rubber but the
results should be pretty good. And you can achieve either a matte or shiny
finish.
