1973 GTV rear bumper fasteners

the rear bumper on my 1973 GTV lacks all its fasteners; there are two
fasteners that go at the front of the wraparound extensions that are not
present. there are just two holes in the bodywork (one on each side) and
the place where the fasteners obvious attach to the extensions.

could someone please provide a description of this fastener, and perhaps a
source for them?
