Yes, having the car run rough while warming up, but fine cold and warm is a possible symptom of a bad O2 sensor.
Likely, the heater is broken.
The sensor is not used when starting, and is used within about a minute when driving (earlier for the 94-95 cars). If the sensor is not fully up to temp, the fuel control will be funny.
Once the car is moving, and the sensor gets hot from just driving around, then it will work fine.
Do you still see the symptoms after idling for a long time?
